De la prison ferme pour un âne violent
Le sous-commandant Marcos en est la preuve : au Chiapas, seuls les ânes finissent en prison. L'agresseur présumé de deux paysans du Chiapas, un équidé un brin agressif, a fait un passage derrière les barreaux en début de semaine près de Tuxtla Gutierez. Le pervers baudet, jusque là inconnu des services de police, a mordu à la poitrine et sans sommation Genaro Vasquez, paisible sexagénaire. Puis, il a distribué une méchante avoinée à Andres Hernandez, qui venait à la rescousse de son voisin. Bilan : une cheville fracturée. Six policiers ont été nécessaires pour maîtriser l'âne battant, qui a été conduit en cellule de dégrisement, où il attend un geste de son propriétaire.
Mauro Gutierez, son maître, a aussitôt indiqué à la presse qu'il souhaitait trouver un accord avec les victimes pour libérer l'animal. La police, elle, a attendu le paiement des frais médicaux, estimés à 270 euros, pour lever le mandat de dépot d'âne.
Cette affaire d'âne risque de faire des émules. D'autant qu'en 2006, déjà, un chien avait fait de la taule au même endroit pour des voies de fait contre des policiers et que le mois derrnier, un taureau avait été emprisonné pendant plus d'un mois pour avoir détruit deux cabanes. Prudence, donc, sous les douches.

La LDA (ligue des droits de l'animal) est choquée par cette action zoophobe. Ce pauvre âne a été emprisonné immédiatement sans avoir eu de procès équitable, ni même d'avocat commis d'office, comme c'est le cas pour les bipèdes. En outre, il n'a aucunement été pris en compte des circonstances pouvant expliquer son geste: enfance difficile, manque de respect de la part de son exploiteur l'humain, etc.
La LDA exige la libération immédiate de l'équidé sous peine de faire manifester les basses cour du pays dans les rue de la capitale avec les débordements et incidents à risquer (marquage de territoire) qui seront de la responsablilité du gouvernement

"Nous sommes tous-tes des enfants d'animaux!"
"Le fascisme humain ne passera pas!"
